We have been involved as volunteers with sailing one-design class associations, fleets and yacht clubs for over twenty-five years. We’ve worked at all levels, from local to world. As such, we’ve developed a pragmatic philosophy towards class and event promotion and administration.
To invoke an automobile analogy (after all, we’re from Detroit), volunteers are the engine behind most sailing organizations. However, without a chassis (infrastructure), steering (goals), a shiny exterior (marketing) or gasoline (the business) – an engine isn’t going anywhere.

Unbiased Recommendations
As an outside observer knowledgeable in the business, we will evaluate your situation and make recommendations, based on the size of your organization and its potential. Once we have agreed on the services that you would like us to provide, we’ll get started right away. Should you require the services of a specialist (such as an attorney or CPA), we will be happy to refer you to a reliable professional, but you are under no obligation to accept that recommendation.
